How do I hook up a Square D load center? (Q0612L 100S, series G04)?

I have a new load center of Square D I want to use in my new home. I have a standard three wire inputs from the meter. How do I wire in the box so that it passes a 60-amp breaker?

Looking to establish it as a sub-panel? If yes, you will need to install a pole 60A circuit breaker in the panel power, then run a cable from there to the shop. Check local codes in the form of whether the cable should be buried, installed in a conduit, etc.
