My motion sensor light stays on all the time, what is the problem?

After the addition of a relief yesterday when we turned the breaker back on my motion sensor light remains fair to all conditions. I tried all the adjustments and nothing changes that. Is this something I can fix or do I once again? Serious answers only please.
