is it easy to change t8 fluorescent light fixture?

I have a trick of T12 fluorescent light instead of changing the ballast in T8, someone here sugguests it is cheaper to pay the whole thing.

I wonder if it is easy to change everything by myself or I need to charter someone to do for me?

It depends on the game, if you do not know what you do, call a qualified electrician to trade. Much safer and easier for you. If you were able to do it yourself, you would not ask here.
